We provide quality care.
We are hands on and exercise-oriented. We don’t see the value in providing treatments that you could just as easily do on your own at home. Your time and money is valuable and is better invested in useful interventions that form part of a broader strategy to treat you as a person, rather than a body part. Our assessment and treatment philosophy integrates modern neuroscience and knowledge regarding the neurophysiology of pain into a traditional biomechanics model of joint function.
We are evidenced based practitioners.
This means the treatments we offer are backed up by science and research. Across the various professions that service people with pain and / or injury, there exists a suite of treatment options with a questionable supportive evidence base. We simply don’t offer treatments that can’t stand up to scientific scrutiny. This is important for you to consider. Treatments that are not derived from a solid science base will waste your time and money. If we can’t help you, we will let you know, and we will refer you to an appropriate specialist.
We won’t rush your treatment.
We are a small practice that runs about 75% capacity. This means we’re never rushed and always have time for you. You are always welcome to email or sms us questions as they arise.
We are available.
We can accommodate your need for treatment/advice within a few hours. We always have the clinic phone diverted to one of our Physio’s mobile phone, which mean we can easily be reached. Always feel free to call us. We always keep a few appointments spare for emergency calls.
We are happy doing what we do. We don’t have ambitions to build a Physio empire. We are content with our current set up and really enjoy being free to help our community in our own laid back, non-rushed and thorough manner.
We are proud of what we do. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality physiotherapy services in a caring and respectful manner, while encouraging you to learn, participate and share responsibility for your well-being.
